Senior Research Consultant - vacancy
 
This role, based in Liverpool or York, is well-suited to individuals with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and who have a strong desire to contribute to health research. The Senior Research Consultant helps with the management of key client projects. 

The role will include project management which will require the coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope. The Senior Research Consultant will ensure that deadlines are communicated, ensure that the project lead assigns responsibilities and monitors progress of the project and help with delivery. 

The role requires knowledge of Health Economics/Market Access or in a related area. The candidate should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The candidate will contribute to improving the reputation of the organisation by working with the project lead to accomplish new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

This role will require you to work directly with clients (leading healthcare and pharma), external consultants and other members of the technical delivery team. The Senior Research Consultant will be responsible for researching, developing, and creating final products to client specifications while contributing towards continuous improvement of the data analysis and overall success of the department. What Background Should You Have?
  • A bachelors or masters degree level. Relevant disciplines in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Competent skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • The ability to use your initiative and work independently, in addition to working collaboratively within project teams.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing deadlines.
  • Some exposure to Health Economics in a previous position, or similar would be advantageous.
